It is described as one of Queenstown's "rites of passages" and the stars of Netflix hit Riverdale have shown a varying degree of skill on the bucking bull at Cowboys bar.
A video on KJ Apa's Instagram shows the Kiwi actor and Cole Sprouse, along with some friends, taking on the bull.
Sprouse, in particular, shows some serious skills, staying on the mechanical bull for a decent time. Apa isn't too far behind.

Sprouse touched down in the country on Sunday morning, posting a picture of an Air New Zealand terminal with the words "we made it" and just hours later Apa shared a video of them in a car together in Queenstown.
Apa, who plays Archie Andrews on the show, was leaning out the window grinning as Sprouse, who plays "Jughead" Jones, filmed the passing scenery.

Apa appears to have spent Christmas in his hometown of Auckland - he shared a picture of himself and a friend on December 25 captioned "Epsom life. Merry Xmas. Cheers."
Sprouse and Apa have shared a "bro-mance" since starring in the series and have long taken pleasure in taking the mickey out of each other in public.
